As a valued Swansea City Season Ticket Holder, your range of benefits include 10% discount on all Swans merchandise purchased at the Liberty Stadium Superstore or on this website. Please note that discount does not extend to our 'Personalised Gift Store'
Purchasing at the Liberty Stadium Superstore
- Take your items to the checkout with your season ticket number where the sales assistant will verify that you’re a Season Ticket holder and automatically deduct the 10% discount from all Swans merchandise that you purchase. This also proves very beneficial to you, the customer, if you lose your proof of purchase receipt.
Purchasing On-line
- In account holders box enter your season ticket number and password. Then click “login”. The first time you log on to the Superstore website, please ensure that the details held are correct and alter them if necessary. This can be done by clicking onto my account option and updating your personal details. Any purchases you make will now automatically have a 10% discount
Price
All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and is a total price inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK, Channel islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Isle of Man is £4.95 for all orders
Delivery to EU countries is £9.95 for all orders.
Delivery to Rest of the World is £15.00
All UK orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.
Overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery or Airsure where available.
Overseas orders are limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. If your order is over 2kg we may have to cancel your order or contact you to make arrangements.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days and on rare occasion some items maybe out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date when you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
Please note that missing parcels need to be delayed for 15 working days before they are declared 'Lost' by Royal Mail. While we sympathise we are unable to offer a refund or send a replacement until the 15 days has expired.

We offer 24hr on-line ordering through our website.
To order a product, simply ensure your product options are correct and click the add to basket button. You will then be asked if you would like to process the order or continue shopping. Click continue shopping if you wish to order more than one product. After you have completed your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by email.
Order By Phone
Sorry we are not at present accepting manual payments by phone.

Swans Superstore take every precaution to ensure all of your details are kept confidential, all credit card details are taken via secure SSL(Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption and for extra safety no credit card details are stored on-site.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta. Items will only be despatched to a customer on authorisation by your card.
How to return an item
Any item can be returned for exchange or refund by either sending or deliverng in person to:

Accompany your returns with your sales receipt, a copy of your sales receipt or a covering note quoting your name and address and order number. Also include your requirement i.e. refund or if exchange the item you require and size. Please note that we are unable to exchange an item for one of higher value.
