As a valued Swans member, you will have been provided with a loyalty fob, a unique username and password. In order to receive regular updates and entry into our prize draws, you should use your loyalty fob every time you make a purchase

Purchasing at the Liberty Stadium Superstore
To use your card in store, present your loyalty fob to the cashier at the start of the transaction, in order that your purchases can be verified. This also proves very beneficial to you, the customer, if you lose your proof of purchase receipt. Your loyalty fob will be scanned and your details will automatically be entered into our regular prize draws.

Purchasing On-line
To use your card online, please follow the procedures below:-

• On the left of the site you will see a login for account Holders
• Enter username
• Enter your unique password

The first time you log on to the Superstore website, please ensure that the details held are correct and alter them if necessary. This can be done by clicking onto my account option and updating your personal details.

Price

All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and is a total price inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Delivery

Delivery to mainland UK, Channel islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Isle of Man is £4.95 for all orders

Delivery to Europe is £9.95 for all orders. For other EU countries not specified below please email for quote.

All UK orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

All EU orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days and on rare occasion some items maybe out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date when you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.

Please note that missing parcels need to be delayed for 15 working days before they are declared 'Lost' by Royal Mail. While we sympathise we are unable to offer a refund or send a replacement until the 15 days has expired.

Currently for orders placed on our website we can only ship to addresses within the UK, selected EU countries and Norway. These include:

Mainland UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Norway

EU countries
If you live outside the UK and within the EU and you are not listed above but would like to purchase from us then please contact us with full details of the product(s). Please note that for delivery outside the UK there will be a small additional shipping charge depending on your location.

Non EU countries
Sorry we only sell/ship in the EU with the exception of Norway.

Order Online
We offer 24hr on-line ordering through our website.

To order a product, simply ensure your product options are correct and click the add to basket button. You will then be asked if you would like to process the order or continue shopping. Click continue shopping if you wish to order more than one product. After you have completed your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by email.

Order By Phone
Sorry we are not at present accepting manual payments by phone.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta. Items will only be despatched to a customer on authorisation by your card.
