But Reading came storming back to set the pulses racing at 3-2 before Sinclair had the final say with a last-gasp penalty that completed his hat-trick and clinched the Swans a famous 4-2 victory.
Over 40,000 Jacks were there to see it as the Swans celebrated becoming the first Welsh side to grace the Premier League.
